1. DOCUMENTS AND ON-DEVICE PROCESSING
When you open, scan, convert, edit, search, read, compress or export PDFs, the app processes those documents on your device for the normal local workflows. Documents, filenames, OCR text, editable drafts, temporary working files, and export files may be read or stored on your device as needed to deliver these features. The app does not intentionally transmit the contents of your PDFs to Google AdMob. Local document data is not automatically uploaded to an IndiaTVDNA document server by the reviewed app code.
2. OPTIONAL EXTERNAL AI
If you expressly enable an AI request, provide your own API endpoint and key, inspect the text to be submitted, and confirm the request, relevant PDF excerpts, your question, the selected model, and the API key used for authentication are transmitted over HTTPS to the external provider you selected. That independent provider may process or retain this information according to its own terms and privacy policy. Do not send confidential documents unless you trust the provider. The app does not persist the AI API key beyond the current session according to the reviewed app code.
3. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY DATA
The app integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) and its consent-management features. When ads are enabled, Google or its advertising partners may automatically receive network information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, advertising or app/device identifiers (where allowed), ad interactions, usage events and diagnostics. This data may be processed or shared for ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention and, if applicable and permitted, personalization. These disclosures apply even when documents stay on-device. See Google's privacy policy at Google Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information at Google Ads Privacy Information. Advertising SDK data practices may change as dependencies and settings change.
4. PERMISSIONS AND INTEGRATED SERVICES
Android file selection and save dialogs provide access to the files you choose. Biometric authentication may be used to unlock local protected documents. Camera/document scanning is performed by the device or supported Google ML Kit scanning components, which may download components or communicate with Google Play services. Text-to-speech features depend on the speech engine installed on your phone, and some engines use online voices. System share/print actions may transmit files to destinations you select; the destination app's privacy policy then applies. The reviewed app does not require sign-in or create an IndiaTVDNA account.
5. STORAGE, RETENTION AND SECURITY
Drafts, library history, offline OCR results, chosen PDFs, preferences and exported files can remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Vault files use app-managed encryption and device-protected keys; do not assume every PDF, recovery draft, exported file or third-party destination is encrypted. The app uses HTTPS for user-authorized external AI requests and disallows cleartext Android traffic. Local cache and temporary data are generally cleaned up when normal workflows finish, but copies may survive crashes or exist outside the app in user-selected locations. Third-party services may keep data based on their own retention policies.
6. DELETING YOUR DATA
Use the app's available file, library or vault removal features to delete selected local data. Uninstalling the app normally deletes its private local data, subject to Android/device behavior; files you exported to Downloads, cloud storage, shared apps or other chosen locations must be removed there separately. Ad and AI-provider data is controlled by the relevant providers. No app account deletion process is provided because the reviewed app does not include account creation.
7. PRIVACY CHOICES
Where required, a Google consent form is displayed before ad requests and the app offers an 'Ad privacy choices' entry when Google indicates it is required. You can also control ad personalization or reset/delete the advertising ID in Android settings. You can simply avoid the optional external AI feature. Privacy choices are not a guarantee that no legally permitted limited advertising data processing occurs.
8. CHILDREN
PDF Studio Pro is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not designed specifically for children. The final Google Play target-audience declaration must match the actual intended audience and advertising configuration.
9. CHANGES AND INQUIRIES
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to app features or third-party SDKs. Check the current public version on the developer website or the listing's Privacy Policy link.
