Digital Delivery Policy
Eligible software licenses are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
How delivery works
After successful payment, eligible digital products are fulfilled through the store system. The license information may appear on the Order Received page, in My Account and in the order email.
Delivery timing
Many mapped products are delivered automatically. Supplier processing, payment verification or temporary service issues can sometimes delay fulfilment.
If delivery is delayed
Do not place a duplicate order. Check your order status and contact support with your order number if the license has not arrived.
