Digital software licenses require special handling because keys can be revealed and used immediately.
When to contact us
Contact support if a paid product is not delivered, the delivered key is invalid on first use, or the product delivered does not match the product ordered.
Verification
We may ask for the order number, product details, screenshots or the exact activation error. This helps us verify the issue with the fulfilment source.
Replacement or refund
Where an issue is verified and eligible under the product and supplier terms, we may provide a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind requests after a valid digital key has been revealed or emailed may not be eligible because the product cannot be physically returned.
